Coach Anderson da Silva


Coach Anderson was born in Brazil and  has been playing soccer since the ripe age of 5 years old. He received many awards while playing for various youth soccer teams, and has seen first-hand that youth development clubs are where promising players are groomed. In 1999 he had the opportunity to move to the United States where he began his coaching career.  Coach Anderson not only brings expertise in the area of soccer but a methodology which has been researched, tested and proven with Professional Clubs in Brazil for both adults and children.

 

Certification:

  • E and D (r) Coach License from Florida Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) 
  • Level 2 and Level 3 Coach License from BFUT
  • Certified Athletic Coach by the State of Florida Department of Education
  • Professional Development Certificate from National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA)
  • Referee License from U.S. Soccer Federation.

Coach Anderson is currently:

  • The Villages High School- Head Coach
  • The Villages Charter Middle School- Head Coach
  • Village Community Development Districts- Recreational Director

Coach Anderson has worked with the following:

  • Lake County Soccer Club- Director of Coaching and Coach

  • J.T.C. Brazil- Head Coach

Coach Ronald Silva


Coach Silva has played with several teams over his 12 years in Brazil's first division. In that time he has had the opportunity to work with world class athletes such as Bebeto, Romario and Zinho (Brazil's National Team-1994 FIFA World Cup champions), Rodolfo Rodregues (Uruguai' National Team), Roberto Carlos (Real Madrid and Brazil's National Team-2002 FIFA World champion) and many more. After finishing his professional career as a player in 2004, he is now happy to share his experiences and help shape the next generation of players.

 

 

Andrew Reid (Tino)


Coach Tino was born in Trinidad and has been playing soccer since he was 5 years old. He was coached by John Stedman (former Trinidad National Team player) for four years. Coach Tino played 2 years at St. Benedict College before moving to the United States. He has coached for 2 years at Lake County Soccer Club, and is currently Assistant Coach at The Villages High School. Coach Tino has a great passion for the game and he is enthusiastic about the development of each player.

 

 

Coach Sergio das Santos- Goalkeeper

 

Coach dos Santos is a former professional goalkeeper with great experience playing for major teams in Brazil. He has been involved with soccer from an early age and finds in coaching the opportunity to continue share his knowledge of, and passion for the game.
